Ty Rossmann, owner, grew up with an eye for design and a passion for building.  While earning a business degree from The University of Southern California, he started pursuing these natural talents.  Ty went to work for a local South Bay builder and speculative home developer, where he learned the business from the ground up.   With his attention to detail, each project he worked on redefined perfection.  After working on his first speculative project, he began to realize his second passion for real estate.  Ty was eager to learn the other side of his industry and began to pursue his Broker’s License.  Soon he was representing clients and gaining the experience and contacts needed for successful development.  Ty would later form La Costa Construction and, in an effort to provide his client’s a comprehensive service, La Costa Properties to fulfill all their real estate needs.
