Ty built the home I occupy in Hermosa Beach. It is beautifully designed and well constructed. The details are sharp and I am very happy with the entire experience. After moving in a problem with the stucco finish was discovered and Ty worked diligently with me, the subcontractor, and the material supplier, to correct the problem with like new results. This fantastic result was accomplished with no expense on my part. Ty made sure the material warranty was honored.
